No, but you do need one to get protection within the legal system of California. To work in any aspect of the cannabis industry does require a recommendation. You will learn all about this in our Medical Marijuana 101 class.
To take classes that involve actual cannabis contact, you will be required to bring your original doctors recommendation with you. These classes are: Growing, Advanced Growing, Bud-tending, and Cooking.
